Before & After White Kitchen: Transitional Design
Today we’re spotlighting a newly remodeled kitchen in Anaheim by Mr Cabinet Care. The traditional style cabinetry and modern appliances lend a unique element to this transitional space. Follow along as we reveal more about the design process and stunning result.
Our clients were growing into their house and wanted to entertain guests with more space and have the ability to cook together. Their current kitchen layout just wasn’t working for them. Their appliances were crowded and dated, their counter space was limited, and their countertops screamed for an update. That’s when we stepped in.
To create more space in the kitchen, we reworked the wall with the fridge to add a double oven on the right. We also added a cook top with a stainless steel hood and a beautiful tile backsplash, which looks elegant and also adds functionality to this space. Notice too, the entire u-shape countertop is extended and the window is reshaped to give room for family gathering space.
Fun Feature: Microwave Drawers
Continuing our transformation, we added an under-the-counter microwave drawer. It’s location is in a prime spot, tucked away in a corner away from other appliances. Super simple to handle, this easy-to-use microwave is a technologically advanced (and fun) addition to this kitchen.
